FRESH PRODUCE

Last year 2021 we started planting fruit trees at the farm.

This will make our lives a lot easier and cheaper as we grow. Our fruit orchards will be a full swing in a few years. we have an estimated 200 fruit trees around the mission of various varieties already planted: mango, papaya, lychee, lemon, lime, guava, mulberry, orange, pear, peaches, grapefruit, banana, apple, avocado. We also want to farm other fruits like grapes and watermelon. In years to come when we have bumper crops our children will eat as many fruits per day as they want and there are still hundreds to spare for sale or other use. We will make preserves, pickles, dried mango, mango curry and mango chutney, among other things.
