The Luketekelo Family Foundation in Zambia provides a nurturing environment, quality education for vulnerable children and orphans in Mwampila village, Chibombo District on the 23.378 acres of farmland, empowering them with skills, discipline, and the love of Jesus Christ. Future plans include constructing a vocational training centre in Mufumbwe for skills training and transformation programs, emphasising agriculture to ensure food security on the 469.5 acres of farmland.
OUR APPROACH:
1. Rescuing
We reach out to children in crisis—those who are abandoned, orphaned, or vulnerable—and bring them into a safe and nurturing environment. Every child deserves to be seen, known, and protected.
2. Restoring Hope
Through counseling, spiritual mentorship, education, and community, we walk with each child on their healing journey. We believe restoration is possible—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—no matter the depth of their pain.
3. Raising Leaders
We are not just raising children—we are raising future leaders. Through discipleship, life skills training, academic empowerment, and character development, we equip each child to become a change-maker in their family, community, and nation.
4. Rewriting Stories
Every child carries a story shaped by loss, hardship, or abandonment. At Luketekelo, those stories are rewritten through love, opportunity, and faith. What once was a tale of despair becomes a testimony of purpose.

Our goal is to point children to Jesus Christ, while protecting and empowering marginalized groups by improving their living conditions through shelter, community initiatives, participation, and sensitisation programs that foster holistic transformation and sustainable development.
Luketekelo Family Foundation operates among undeserved and marginalized community in Zambia rural district of Chibombo in the Central Province—one of the most underdeveloped regions in the country, where countless children face barriers to education and basic social services.
In response to this urgent need, the Foundation has constructed a home for orphans and vulnerable children, which currently serves as a school, providing education, care, and hope to those most in need.
Through faith-driven compassion and sustainable action, Luketekelo Family Foundation continues to stand as a beacon of hope, restoration, and transformation for Zambia’s most vulnerable populations.

Everyone, regardless of race, gender, social class, disability or intelligence is created by God in His image, and created for a relationship with God. Because of sin that relationship was broken and all humanity was separated from God, the source of all life. Because of the fall of man, and sin, every person now falls under judgment. Jesus is the way the truth, and the life, and God will grant salvation and eternal life only for those who trust in Him. Salvation cannot be earned in any way but paid for alone by Christ's death on the cross and resurrection from the grave.
Everything in the Luketekelo ministry is done by faith. Having known the love of God, we believe that He will complete the work that He starts. From the beginning, our founder Memory Grace Hector, had no idea how God would bring this ministry into existence, only a simple trust in God that He would direct and provide. Having seen God’s love and power at work in her own life, Memory has kept moving forward in faith, believing that it was indeed God’s will and calling to start this work.

The following is a sampling of Scripture about walking by faith, and the call to help those in need.
